The following is an outline of your rights when purchasing from Wife Life Perth online boutique. We are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

RETURNS REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At Wife Life Perth we hope every made purchase is loved, however as we know mistakes can be made when purchasing online, if you need to order a different size, please return your item within 7 days of received delivery.

We will then re-issue you with store credit for full priced products once we have received the returned item. Store credits can only be applied to a Wife Life account holder, Store credit will be provided in Australian dollars and won’t expire. Any amounts that succeed the store credit limit will become the customer’s responsibility and will acquire further payment method. Store credit can only be used through the Wife Life online boutique and can only be used by the account holder.

  • We do require all purchases be in original unused condition and still maintain any tags or #wifelife swing tags, that the garments are free of make-up stains, haven’t been worn are unperfumed and unwashed.
  • Swimwear, intimates and bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind we receive all returned orders via our Wife Life PO Box so we do aim to process your return within 10 business days.

Refunds are only made if a product that is faulty is no longer in stock or the size is unavailable, we do inspect every item before shipping to ensure that all products are of quality and in working condition.

Refunds will only be issued to the cardholder; the name must be identical to the name on the order confirmation. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without photographic evidence of the fault.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account.

Wife Life Perth are not responsible for any costs involved with returns, we do also ensure that all customers with returns keep proof of postage or tracking numbers as we are not liable for any returns that are lost by Australia post or any other delivery service.

Please check that return delivery address is accurate before sending as we are also not responsible for wrong delivery information provided by you on the returning parcel.

 

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

All prices on the Wife Life website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Any costs related to international shipping are calculated by a currency converter Wife Life are not responsible for any additional expenses after your purchase with exchange rates, banking fees, charges made at customs or international freight companies.

When a customer is making an online purchase and we believe or suspect it may be fraudulent we will contact the customer to confirm some details. If the customer is un-cooperative or refuses to respond with the asked information, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.

After you’ve placed an online order, each customer will be redirected via PayPal for payment where you can choose your payment method All card information will be secured via Wife Life & PayPal websites.

All provided financial details will remain encrypted and stay protected.

 

PROCESSING & CANCELLING ORDERS

All online purchases are processed 9:30am-4:30pm AWST on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding WA public holidays. Once your order has been made packed and finalised we will email you payment order confirmation and provide you with a tracking number.

Customers will receive an invoice via email confirming the order and payment information.Please ensure you check your order confirmation email for any errors or incorrect details, email wifelifeperth@gmail.com with any concerns you may have. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email from us please ensure that you have provided the correct email address and checked your emails junk folder.

If Wife Life Perth is unable to provide a customer with any requested items sizes or products Wife Life Perth reserves the right to cancel an order, any customers who are affected by a cancellation will be immediately contacted. Wife Life Perth is not liable to compensate for any loss expenses or inconvenience customers may endure as a result of a cancelled order.

At Wife Life Perth we do not do holds or lay-by’s. All orders need to be paid in full at time of checkout.
